Job description

Position Summary: 

Leads the global Supplier Quality training strategy for internal teams and suppliers. Drives capability development through a blended approach (web-based, in-person, and on-site supplier training) to ensure consistent application of Stellantis standards and improved supplier performance.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and deploy global SQD training framework aligned with APQP, Control Plan, MRS, CAT, and IATF  
  • Deliver internal training via e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops 
  • Lead Supplier Training Weeks (global/regional, in-person + virtual)  
  • Conduct on-site supplier training focused on core tools and shop floor application 
  • Deploy global training for APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MRS, CAT 
  • Ensure training effectiveness through audits, field validation, and supplier engagement 
  • Manage training content, certification, and digital learning platforms 
  • Lead creation of Organizational Radar Charts 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Engineering or Quality degree 
  • Minimum 8+ years in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing 
  • Strong experience in APQP, PPAP, supplier development, and training delivery 
  • Ability to operate globally and cross-functionally 

Travel: 

  • Global travel required 60% (Supplier Sites, etc.)
