Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact.About the RoleThe Instructional Designer for the Training Team will contribute to the content development process for AI literacy programming. This position is a full-time, permanent position that leverages pedagogical expertise to guide the team of educators in developing high-quality AI and ML content, ensuring it meets accessibility requirements and is tailored to the right audiences at the most impactful times.Reporting to the Product Owner, Training, the Instructional Designer serves as a key member of the Training team and is an active participant in executing Amii's business functions.The position focuses on achieving excellence in three key accountabilities: Learner Success Content Excellence Team Collaboration Required Skills / ExpertiseKey Responsibilities: Ensures the development and maintenance of an optimal learning environment for our clients Supports the development of curriculum that is engaging and centered around the learner's needs, tailored for multiple delivery formats, including blended learning, HyFlex, and micro credential programs Ensures all digital learning content adheres to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards to provide an inclusive learning experience.
