What you will accomplish with us


As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Participating in the analysis, design, development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions, following a "just enough - just in time" approach.
  • Applying best development practices, design patterns, and standards supported by the Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensuring the quality, performance, robustness, and security of developed solutions, including the protection of digital information.
  • Implementing and using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Acting as a technical reference: guiding technology decisions, encouraging code reviews and validation, and supporting the team on complex tasks.
  • Actively collaborating in team activities (planning, agile ceremonies, definition of done, etc.).
  • Supporting solutions in production (incident resolution, maintenance, monitoring) and occasionally participating in production deployments.
  • Contributing to solution documentation and promoting best practices.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong expertise with the Salesforce platform (APEX, metadata, objects, APIs, Platform Events, governor limits).
  • Stands out for strong analytical skills, problemsolving abilities, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Has experience with or knowledge of tools and environments such as Azure DevOps, Git Flow, Visual Studio Code (sfcli), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
  • Is familiar with architecture and modeling principles (UML/UML2, design and decomposition patterns).
  • Shows a strong interest in innovation, including the use of AI (e.g., Copilot).
  • Has an advanced proficiency in french, both written and spoken.
