Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Solutions Specialist to join our sales team at Auzmor. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to curate customized demo instances of our LMS platform and deliver engaging product demonstrations during sales sessions. These sessions typically last 1 to 1.5 hours and involve showcasing how Auzmor's features address customer pain points in learning management, such as content creation, user tracking, and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate is a technical communicator with a passion for LMS technologies, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex features into compelling value propositions.
This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates based in Iowa, though remote work is available for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales representatives to prepare and customize demo environments based on prospect needs, including configuring LMS instances with sample courses, user roles, and integrations.
  • Lead or co-lead live product demonstrations (1-1.5 hours) via video calls, highlighting key features like course authoring, analytics, mobile accessibility, and compliance tools.
  • Conduct discovery during demos to uncover customer requirements and tailor presentations in real-time to demonstrate ROI and fit.
  • Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, answering questions on platform functionality, scalability, and customization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and incorporate them into demo scripts.
  • Track demo outcomes and feedback to refine approaches and contribute to sales enablement materials.
  • Support post-demo activities, such as follow-up Q&A or proof-of-concept setups.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). If you do not have a degree, we will still consider your application.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or product demo role, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or edtech industries.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (e.g., content delivery, SCORM/AICC compliance, reporting dashboards).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences virtually.
  • Proficiency in demo tools (e.g., Zoom, screen sharing software) and LMS platforms; experience with competitors like Absorb LMS, Docebo, or Cornerstone OnDemand is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude for quick learning and troubleshooting during live sessions.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person demos or team meetings (up to 10%).
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience curating demos for enterprise clients in HR, training, or compliance sectors.
  • Certifications in learning technologies (e.g., ATD, eLearning Guild) or sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking demo activities.
