Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation

Full-Time
$85,000 – $120,000 DOE

A leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in managing complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and provide ongoing case support
  • Draft and finalize legal documents, including complaints, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filings, including e-filing
  • Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, and notices
  • Obtain medical records and healthcare lien information
  • Assist with fact investigations and case development
  • Manage electronic filing and document organization systems
Qualifications
