Job description

The Daily Wire is seeking a Marketing Manager, Entertainment to lead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across our growing entertainment portfolio, including film, television, streaming, and live events. This role is responsible for translating high-level strategy into actionable, full-funnel campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance—bringing strong executional discipline, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful launches and sustained momentum for our entertainment properties.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across film, television, streaming, and live events—from concept through launch and optimization
  • Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Write clear, strategic creative briefs outlining objectives, audience, messaging, and success metrics
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, breakthrough campaign assets
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across digital channels, including social, email, and distribution platforms
  • Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time execution
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize for improved results
  • Track and report on conversion metrics such as ticket sales, subscriptions, and customer acquisition
  • Apply expertise in direct-to-consumer and subscription-based models to drive growth, retention, and lifetime value
  • Stay current on entertainment trends, audience behaviors, and competitive campaigns to inform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, production, and growth teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives
Experience & Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
  • Experience marketing entertainment content (film, television, streaming, or live events)
  • Proven success executing full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., ticket sales, subscriptions)
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams from strategy through execution
  • Experience writing creative briefs and leading cross-functional campaign development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Preferred: Experience in a studio, streaming platform, or similar media environment
