Job Summary
We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. This on-site role supports daily online store operations, product catalog accuracy, customer communication, merchandising updates, and ecommerce reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented ecommerce professional who enjoys working with product data, digital platforms, and cross-functional teams. The role offers a clear growth path into ecommerce channel management for someone who demonstrates ownership, analytical thinking, and initiative. The work environment is collaborative, team-oriented, and well suited for candidates who want stability, hands-on training, and the opportunity to expand their impact across online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, categories, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and catalog accuracy while coordinating restocks or updates with internal teams and suppliers.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or marketplace messaging, including questions related to products, returns, refunds, and order issues.
- Support ecommerce merchandising efforts, including promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal updates, homepage banners, featured products, and layout changes.
- Pull and review sales reports, product performance data, and inventory summaries to identify trends, slow-moving items, and optimization opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, customer service, and product teams to support ecommerce growth and improve the customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
