The Opportunity

This position works out of ourAlameda, CA officein the Lingo division. Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers - such as glucose, ketones, and lactate - to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.

We'relooking for aSenior Product Manager, ECommerce Growthto build and evolve our Direct to Consumer (DTC) experience as a scalable growth engine. This role is focused oncustomerfirstrevenue growthwith a focus ondeveloping clear, intuitive site experiences that help customers understand value, build confidence, convert, and repurchase.

You will own the intersection ofcustomer journey, monetization, experimentation, and delivery, with responsibility foridentifyingwhat's constraining ecommerce growth today and shipping the product changes required to unlock it. That may involve improving how we communicate value, simplifying paths to conversion,improving retention,or rethinking key moments in the experience,not just running incremental tests.

WhatYou'llDo

Own Ecommerce Growth Strategy & Constraints

  • Diagnose theprimary constraints to ecommerce growthacross discovery, comprehension, conversion, trust, and retention.

  • Translate customer behavior, qualitative insight, and performance data intoclear hypotheses and growth ideas.

  • Balanceshorttermconversion gains with durable improvements to customer confidence, clarity, andlongtermvalue.

Build and Execute a Prioritized Growth Roadmap

  • Develop andmaintainagrowthfocusedecommerce roadmap, aligned to conversion and revenue outcomes rather than output.

  • Identifywhen incremental optimization is sufficient-and when larger experience changes are needed to unlock growth.

  • Partner closely with marketing, analytics, and design to shape initiatives grounded in customer insight and business impact.

DriveEndtoEndExperimentation & Delivery

  • Lead initiatives from problem framing and requirements through development, QA, launch, andpostlaunchlearning.

  • Define success metrics and experimentation plans that enable fast learning and confidentdecisionmaking.

  • Ensure learnings-positive or negative-are captured and translated into sharperstrategyand prioritization.

Run an Agile Rhythm That Enables Growth

  • Own the agile operating cadence (planning, grooming, standups, retros) as a mechanism toprioritize thehighestimpactgrowth work.

  • Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that connect delivery to customer and revenue outcomes.

  • Use sprint planning and retrospectives to evaluate tradeoffs, improve throughput, and raise the team's ability to learn from what ships.

Shape the Site Experience as a Growth Lever

  • Treat UX, content, and information architecture asactive drivers of conversion, not just presentation layers.

  • Define experience and content requirements that improve value articulation,decisionmaking, and CRO outcomes.

  • Provide visibility into experience performance, friction points, and emerging growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in product management or closely related digital product roles.

  • Proven experience driving growth for ecommerce orrevenuegeneratingdigital products.

  • Track recordof shipping Direct to Consumer (DTC) product changes tied to conversion, revenue, or customer experience improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in business ora relatedfield.

  • Experience in health-tech, wellness, or regulated consumer industries (e.g., medical devices, supplements, digital health)

  • Prior experience at a high-growth Direct to Consumer or ecommerce company, particularly in a scaling phase (Series B+ or $25M+ revenue).

  • Experience implementing or scaling SEO programs, including on-page optimization, site structure, and content strategy.

  • Experience with AEM,Strapi,CommerceTools,OneTrust, and Braze

  • Experience with ecommercewebshopplatforms, 3PL fulfillment partners, and payment processors to support seamlessendtoenddigital commerce operations

  • Demonstratedexpertisein orchestrating complex, multi-phase release programs with interdependent deliverables, driving alignment across teams to ensure seamless andtimelylaunches

  • Experience working within dynamic, continuously evolving roadmaps, with clear approaches for planning, prioritization, and communicating changes across stakeholders

  • Proven ability tooptimizeonsite conversion as a core lever to drive revenue growth in ecommerce environments

The base pay for this position is

$130,700.00 - $261,300.00
