Job description

How we LEAD:
The E-commerce Manager is a key role leading the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department. The manager is responsible for end to end campaign execution, setting up products for launch, briefing designers on digital asset requests, aligning marketing initiatives within the artist plan and distributing information to cross functional departments.
The Manager is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and big picture view of the business, invested in optimizing ecommerce and collaborating to bring new ideas.
How you'll CREATE:
  • Work closely with the Director of Ecommerce to execute product launches, overall Merchandising Strategy and optimize e-commerce sales channels through artist specific campaigns; (Email, SMS, Loyalty Programs, etc.)
  • Gather storefront assets for timely product launches across stores (product setup information, banners, etc.)
  • Oversee maintenance of the websites, merchandising and updating assets as needed
  • Brief graphic designer on graphic asset requests for promotion, ensuring they're on brand and concise while driving conversion
  • Responsible for e-commerce marketing plans including emails, ads and organic social posts, and adjusting plans according to performance
  • Manage sample inventory, tracking what is stocked and sent
  • Scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share within key digital store fronts • Maintain project trackers on Monday.com
  • Conduct market research to stay in the know on trends in e-commerce and music products
  • Ensure right presence on brands across top UPCs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase

Bring your VIBE:
  • 1+ years experience in e-commerce, preferably within the retail space
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented mindset, capable of developing high-quality work within short timelines
  • Strong creative eye, comfortable with giving clear creative direction
  • Independent thinker; able to make meaningful decisions based on each situation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to deal with large databases, pivot tables, graphs, vlookup, among others) and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude
  • You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Internal stakeholder management with demonstrated excellence in working in cross-functional setups
  • Merchandising or Product Development experience not required but a plus
  • Photoshop experience not required but a plus
