POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the direction of the eCommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Sales & Customer Experience Representative is someone who manages day-to-day e-commerce sales, operations, and logistics in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role will be responsible for executing the operating procedures for the ecommerce business related to the selling process and guidelines for chat and phone sales, sales process, logistics & fulfillment process.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Operations Duties

Drive ecommerce sales via chat, phone, and general follow up on leadsย 

Provide exceptional customer service during the shopping and fulfillment processย 

Demonstrate excellent communication skills both internally and externally to our customers

Deliver industry-leading customer experience deserving of positive reviews via business and product reviews

Work hand-in-hand with our logistics teams to reduce turnaround delivery times, and identify the best delivery method for each customer

Willing to participate in other sales offerings, ie: virtual video conference sales calls with customers directly


Additional Duties

Comfortable reporting and quantifying functions of the process, experience of the customers, as well as other ad hoc areas of the ecommerce function.

Other projects as needed.


Requirements

Education:

High School degree or equivalent required

Advanced degree or certification preferred ย 


Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years work experience navigating e-commerce sales environmentsย 

Previous experience working in retail salesย 

Prior work experience with logistics involving retail fulfillment processesย 

Experience with comparison shopping, negotiating, presenting quotes, and closing deals with consumers.
