Job description

ECOMMERCE MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Natural Life is looking for an Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day execution of the shopping experience on NaturalLife.com. This is a step up from our previous Senior Associate-level scope — you'll be driving the site merchandising roadmap yourself, from homepage and collection strategy to search, navigation, testing, and personalization, rather than executing someone else's plan.
You'll report to our Senior Director, Brand amp; Digital Experience, and take ownership of a function that's been run directly by senior leadership up to now. We're looking for someone who blends strong merchandising instinct with real comfort in performance data, and who's ready to set priorities and make tradeoffs with minimal oversight.
This role is based out of our Jacksonville Beach office, and we'd love to have you in-person — but we're open to remote for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
  • Own the homepage, collection and landing pages, navigation, filters, and search — turning merchandising and brand priorities into a real roadmap, not just a request list
  • Lead site merchandising through major moments: newness, key item launches, campaigns, seasonal resets, and promo calendars
  • Set and run our test-and-learn agenda — A/B and multivariate testing on layout, experience, and merchandising presentation
  • Own personalization and recommendations (product recs, recently viewed, trending, dynamic modules) to grow discovery and AOV
  • Dig into site performance data — conversion, revenue, engagement, funnel drop-off — and bring insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Be the go-to site merchandising partner for Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Dev teams
  • Keep an eye on inventory and sell-through to inform site content and sequencing
  • Own site QA and accuracy — copy, imagery, links, badges, product data — and build the process to keep it scalable
  • Push SEO and GEO forward through page structure, internal linking, and content strategy
  • Stay a step ahead of friction points in the customer journey, and keep tabs on what's happening across the industry
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar platform (Shopify strongly preferred), plus search/filter and personalization tools like Nosto or Algolia
  • Real fluency in e-commerce analytics (GA4, Contentsquare, or similar) — you can turn data into a clear point of view
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple initiatives at once without close direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years in site/digital merchandising or e-commerce for a consumer or lifestyle brand, including experience owning a merchandising area independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • People leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
Why You'll Love It Here
  • Creative and inspiring workspace at our Jacksonville Beach office.
  • A dedicated, purpose-driven team that lives the Natural Life mission.
  • Casual, colorful environment with good vibes and dog-friendly energy.
  • Competitive pay and a thoughtful benefits package designed to support your health, time off, and well-being.
  • A generous employee discount on Natural Life products.
  • A chance to grow with a fast-paced, female-founded brand with heart!
