Why This Role Matters

The eCommerce Marketing Specialist at ITW Construction plays an important role in helping grow our digital retail and marketplace business. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce teams to create compelling online customer experiences, support product launches and promotions, optimize digital content, and identify opportunities to improve performance across key retail channels. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a growing eCommerce capability within ITW while developing broad exposure to digital marketing, retailer partnerships, and commercial strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and execution of eCommerce growth initiatives across key retailer and marketplace channels.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with assigned retail partners, coordinating content updates, promotions, product launches, and issue resolution.
  • Optimize product content, imagery, search visibility, and digital merchandising to improve customer engagement, discoverability, and conversion.
  • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and retailer-specific marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and Brand teams.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze eCommerce metrics, and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve business results.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Brand, agency, and retail partner teams to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, brand marketing, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with retailer portals, digital marketing tools, eCommerce platforms, product content systems, or related technologies is preferred.

Compensation Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
