What is an e commerce data analyst?

An E Commerce Data Analyst is a professional who collects, processes, and analyzes data related to online sales and customer behavior on e-commerce platforms. Their main goal is to help businesses make data-driven decisions by identifying trends, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights. They work with various data sources, such as website analytics, sales reports, and customer feedback, to optimize marketing strategies, improve user experience, and increase sales. E Commerce Data Analysts often use tools like Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization software to perform their work.
