DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee data strategy inclusive of digital analytics data, reporting and analytic platforms

  • Profient with Microsoft Access

  • Lead overall digital analytics, tag management solutions and eCommerce optimization testing tools.

  • Work with internal teams and 3rd party partners on how to move the business forward.

  • Experience/familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL to generate reports and visual dashboards

  • Communication skills with the ability to drive and explain insights from data.

  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager.

  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing tools, such as Google Optimize

  • Develop future third-party partners by investigating industry leaders and providing recommendations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • The ideal candidate will have:4-year Bachelor Degree

  • 1 - 3 years’ job experience in related digital analytics field

  • eCommerce Experience preferred.

  • Strong computer skills (Windows, Email, Word, Excel)

  • Willingness to learn

  • Overriding analytics orientation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong accuracy working with numbers

  • Demonstrates leadership ability and can work in a team environment

  • Can negotiate skillfully to win concessions without damaging relationships

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have ability to read and interpret financial statements, general business periodicals, professional journals, operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees / management of the company.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Above average ability to both calculate figures and amounts while understanding the connections in business model of the various connectors which enable managers to present an opinion. An advanced ability to quickly asses and review numbers as presented.

REASONING ABILITY

Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
