  • Review and analyze civil engineering project documents and drawings usin lyze and review project status and identify schedule and cost variances using earned value analysis, Project Management, Cost Management, Schedule Management, and Change Management
  • Prepare progress and variance reports and assist in the preparation of executive level summary reports
  • Conduct analysis of capital plan spending and forecasting, evaluate and report on project progress and performance
  • Analyze and review program modifications in compliance with state/AASHTO/OSHA guidelines
  • Coordinate the project costs, safety, and progress
