Job description

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain management.
  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 SCM to meet the unique needs of each client, including processes related to procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 SCM, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the system.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 SCM, and proactively recommend enhancements or improvements to existing implementations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future enhancements or upgrades.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 SCM or a similar ERP system, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
