Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst Location-Type: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office; Monday and Friday remote) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 months Compensation Range: $45.39/hr - $53.40/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective solutions within the client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service platform while supporting integrations, requirements documentation, and validation testing. Job Summary •Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, third-party vendors, and end users to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. •Gather, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting solution documentation. •Collaborate with the solutions architect to support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and platform capabilities. •Develop and execute functional test scripts, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations. •Support the implementation of new features, system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business applications. •Analyze system performance, data quality, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and application optimization. •Maintain accurate requirements documentation, testing artifacts, and knowledge base content to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements. Minimum Requirements: •3-5 years of experience in a functional analysis, systems analysis, or related enterprise application support role. •3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. •Demonstrated experience writing requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, and detailed functional specifications. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. •General understanding of CRM architecture, data relationships, integrations, and enterprise application delivery practices. •Experience with automated or structured functional testing, including test script development and user acceptance testing support. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Field Service Mobile. •Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment. •Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, test cases, and delivery tracking. •Formal training or certification in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
