Job description

Job Title- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Project Location – Hybrid in Orlando, FL (Onsite 1 week per month)

Duration- 6+ months contract

LEAD Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong background in full-stack development and systems integration. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Create custom entities, forms, workflows, plugins, web resources, and business process flows.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other middleware tools (e.g., KingswaySoft).
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
  • Participate in data migration and transformation projects using tools like SSIS or Scribe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide maintenance and support for CRM applications.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development standards and best practices.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintain version control using Azure DevOps or Git.
  • Document solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013/2015/2016/365 CE).
  • Strong command of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform development (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).
  • Deep understanding of CRM SDK, Plugin development, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom workflow activities.
  • Solid understanding of ALM and DevOps practices, particularly with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Azure Developer Associate
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and security model (roles, field security, etc.).
