Familiarity with Azure tools like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is highly beneficial. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills help developers work effectively within agile teams and with stakeholders. These skills are critical for building scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that meet business requirements.

Azure PaaS Developers often encounter challenges when integrating cloud-native services with legacy enterprise systems, such as compatibility issues, data migration complexities, and ensuring secure connectivity. It's common to work closely with cross-functional teams like network engineers, security specialists, and business analysts to address these issues. Leveraging Azure's integration tools and following best practices for API management and data synchronization can help streamline the process. Staying updated with Azure's evolving service offerings and documentation is key to navigating these challenges effectively.
