About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics CRM Developer to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise CRM applications and Microsoft technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:
  • Dynamics CRM On-Premise environments
  • Dynamics 365 Online
  • C#/.NET development
  • ASP.NET applications
  • Power Platform
  • SQL Server
  • SharePoint integrations
This role requires a strong technical consultant/developer who can work across enterprise applications, integrations, upgrades, support, and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Dynamics CRM and integrated enterprise applications
  • Develop and troubleshoot ASP.NET web applications and Web Service APIs
  • Write scalable and maintainable C#/.NET code
  • Develop CRM customizations including plugins, workflows, and integrations
  • Build and support PowerApps and Power Pages solutions
  • Work with Dataverse data models and integrations
  • Develop and maintain integrations with SharePoint and Microsoft services
  • Perform SQL Server development, troubleshooting, and query optimization
  • Participate in system upgrades, deployments, testing, and release management
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery activities
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM or enterprise application development
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise Customer Engagement
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM 2019 preferred
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Online / Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET development
  • Experience developing ASP.NET applications and Web Service APIs
  • Strong SQL Server experience including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including:
    • PowerApps
    • Power Pages
  • Experience working with Dataverse
  • Experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
  • SharePoint experience (Online and/or On-Premise)
SharePoint Requirement (Important)
Candidates must clearly mention:
  • SharePoint versions worked on
  • SharePoint Online or On-Premise experience
  • Experience with SharePoint integrations
