Job Title: Senior Dynamic Developer
Location:  Los Angeles, CA  - Hybrid
Duration:  12-Months  
Pay range: $50 to $55 per hour (DOE)
 
Job Description:

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex IT applications.
  • Analyze and refine business and system requirements to develop effective technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into application prototypes and functional software solutions.
  • Design application architecture and develop scalable, high-performing systems.
  • Develop, debug, enhance, and maintain application code.
  • Design user interfaces and determine appropriate output formats.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to test and validate applications.
  • Ensure software quality, functionality, security, and overall system performance.
  • Integrate hardware and software components within the existing environment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and program documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and development tools.
  • Configure, install, and manage system environments.
  • Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune system and application performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and recommendations for system enhancements and development initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in system analysis, system design, software development, and programming.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a lead or senior-level role.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Strong coding experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2012 or later.
  • Experience creating SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience using Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts, including data modeling, data warehousing, transaction processing, and data structures.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system integration, and application architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop technical documentation, functional requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
 
Work Schedule:
  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Required to work onsite once per week.
  • Candidates may choose their onsite day between Tuesday and Thursday.
