Lead the Future of Vending Operations with Sodexo!

Sodexo is seeking a Vending Manager to join our growing InReach team in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is a high-impact frontline leadership role within a dynamic, expanding vending operation. You will bridge the gap between frontline execution and operational excellence, building strong relationships and helping shape what great service looks like every day.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a frontline team of drivers, providing day-to-day operational guidance and accountability
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, proactively identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee route execution and vending replenishment to ensure consistent service levels across all locations
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action to maintain performance standards
  • Partner with the Distribution Manager to align frontline execution with broader operational goals
