Formulations Processor II
12-hr Shift (A-Shift)

In this role, you will support hard capsule production by preparing high-quality materials that meet strict specifications. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing processes.

What you will do
  • Blend defined ingredients into master batches following strict specifications.
  • Monitor process indicators and take immediate action when deviations occur.
  • Use statistical controls, inspections, and sampling to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
  • Complete accurate production and batch records as required.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
  • Support and back up other Formulations Processors as needed.

What we are looking for
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.
  • Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
  • Ability to work with percentages, decimals, fractions, and related calculations.
  • Skill in using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as business needs require.
  • Ability to meet safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.
