• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward achieving them.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients experiencing barriers to traditional in-person appointments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, documenting assessments, therapy sessions, and client progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and engage with current research practices in mental health therapy.

You will be addressing a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma-related issues. Our client-focused approach intends to understand each individual through a holistic lens, taking into account their circumstances, family dynamics, and overarching life experiences that affect their mental health.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, essential for fostering a safe therapeutic space.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload and administrative duties effectively.

We are looking for candidates with experience in working with a wide variety of mental health issues and populations. Previous experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, as is proficiency in teletherapy and digital therapeutic tools. A commitment to culturally competent care and an understanding of social determinants of health will also be beneficial in serving our diverse client base.
