• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through thorough examinations and review of medical histories.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies, ensuring accurate and efficient patient diagnostics.
• Diagnose and formulate treatment plans for acute illnesses, managing cases that require immediate attention.
• Implement and adapt chronic disease management plans, tracking patient progress and adjusting care as necessary.
• Prescribe and monitor the effectiveness of medications, working closely with patients to ensure adherence to treatment regimens.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential patient records using our electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding chronic diseases, preventive health strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Promote wellness through public health initiatives, campaigns, and community outreach programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, researching advancements in medical practice and techniques relevant to urgent care.

The Physician Assistant will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults requiring urgent care for a variety of acute conditions. You will address common health issues and provide care for minor emergencies, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate and effective treatment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and current board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license in Georgia.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing medications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient demographic.

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urgent care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with practice management software.
• A background in preventive care and community health initiatives is a plus.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, we offer:
