• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health challenges, identifying symptoms and determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Design and implement personal therapy programs that address specific issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Provide educational resources and support for clients’ families, recognizing the vital role they play in the healing process.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Your clientele may include diverse individuals, couples, and families experiencing issues such as relationship stress, communication breakdown, trauma recovery, and family dynamics. • Holding a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
