Recruiting Coordinator Florida Region

Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, and travel as business needs require

About the Role

Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts across our Florida portfolio, including Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and Hollywood Beach.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating talent across multiple departments while helping build strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing growth throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent through Indeed, social media, employee referrals, networking, job fairs, and other recruiting channels

  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews to identify qualified talent

  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams

  • Partner with site leaders to understand staffing needs and support upcoming training classes and hiring goals

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS systems and tracking reports

  • Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

  • Represent Capital Vacations at recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives

  • Assist with recruiting administration, reporting, onboarding coordination, and special projects as needed

  • Monitor recruiting metrics and activity levels to ensure hiring objectives are achieved across supported markets

  • Travel occasionally to support recruiting events, new hire classes, and hiring initiatives at Florida locations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or talent acquisition experience preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting interviews, and engaging candidates throughout the recruiting process

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment with multiple open positions and hiring deadlines

  • Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media recruiting tools, or applicant tracking systems preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people find career opportunities

  • Ability to meet recruiting activity goals, screening metrics, and hiring objectives while maintaining a positive candidate experience
