Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity and hedging opportunities to financial participants, commodity producers and counterparties worldwide. DV Group affiliates also include two broker dealers, an introducing broker in commodities, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and several investment advisory firms. 

Overview:

We are seeking a senior Vice President / Director - US Futures Sales & Asset Manager Coverage to drive growth across our US futures platform, with a primary focus on expanding relationships with asset managers. This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who can combine strong client connectivity with a strategic, market-facing approach to positioning and distributing futures capabilities.

You will work closely with trading, research, and leadership teams to increase visibility, deepen engagement, and grow revenue across asset management clients while maintaining exposure to broader futures markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across US-listed futures and options, with a focus on asset managers
  • Develop and expand relationships with:
    • Asset Managers (macro, fixed income, CTA, systematic)
    • Select hedge funds and institutional investors
  • Act as a market-facing ambassador for the firm's futures capabilities, products, and execution strengths
  • Partner with trading teams to position strategies, spreads, basis, rolls, and execution solutions
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and under-penetrated client segments
  • Coordinate client outreach, presentations, and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Requirements:

  • 8-15+ years of experience in US futures sales, asset manager coverage, or institutional derivatives marketing
  • Prior experience at an FCM, bank, asset manager, or futures brokerage
  • Strong, existing relationships with asset management firms
  • Proven ability to grow client engagement, volumes, and revenues
  • Solid understanding of:
    • US futures markets (CME and related venues)
    • Rates, equity index, and/or commodity futures
    • Client workflows, margining, and clearing structures
  • Experience operating at a VP / Director or equivalent senior level

Annual compensation range: Base salary:- $100K - $150K + Industry leading discretionary bonus based on candidate experience and performance
