Job description

Customer Service Administrator

Location: Remote (Poland)

Employment Type: Fixed-term (10 months) Company: NCH Europe – A Solenis Company

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join the busy sales support team on a hybrid basis at our NCH Head Office in Bilston. This will be on an initial 10-month fixed term contract basis to assist with integration projects as the business moves forward. In this role, you will closely support the Sales Operations Director customer service team. Tasks will include but are not limited to order entry, service planning and call handling from customers and our sales representatives in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and maintain both individual and departmental productivity, quality and service standards
  • Handle internal and external customer interactions, and resolve customer queries, requests and complaints when required
  • Process customer orders, service plans and business data in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders when requested
  • Work closely with other functions as appropriate to build positive and rewarding relationships
  • Take responsibility and seek opportunities for personal development

  • Fluency in Dutch language required
  • Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems
