Job description

A day on the floor in La Vergne, TN

You clock in, gear up, and head to the production area. You help keep materials moving, assist operators with equipment setups, prepare and package finished products, and make sure the workspace stays clean and safe. It’s active, fast-paced work in a dusty manufacturing setting, and your attention to safety and quality keeps everything running smoothly.

What you’ll do
  • Move, stage, and load raw materials and finished goods to support daily production.
  • Assist with basic equipment tasks under direction of machine operators or leads.
  • Prepare, package, and label products according to production standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and support general plant housekeeping.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.
  • Complete additional general plant duties as assigned.
What you bring
  • Ability to lift heavy items on a consistent basis.
  • Comfort working in a dirty/dusty manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, construction, cleaning, or general labor preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.
Schedule
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
