Job Summary:
Dusty Robotics is a company that develops robot-powered tools for the modern construction workforce. They are seeking a Director of Product Management to guide the development of their product family, translating the company's vision into actionable roadmaps and ensuring successful product feature releases.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Work with the founding team to translate their vision for Dusty into actionable roadmaps
โ€ข Assist in creating and maintaining the trajectory of the future product roadmap
โ€ข Prioritize product and feature releases, determining tradeoffs, to ensure that milestones are achieved
โ€ข Define comprehensive functional specifications of all product features, using a bias towards simplicity, set boundaries on what is not to be included in feature specs
โ€ข Invest time on customer job sites and industry conferences to be the 'voice of the customer' inside of Dusty
โ€ข Create a hiring plan to grow the product team
