Job description

Sous Chef at a fast pace high volume resort family restaurant in Beaver Creek ski resort.

You will be the assistant to the Chef and will be the acting kitchen manager on most days that you are scheduled. Your responsibilities are overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, training, mentoring, enforcing our food safety and work place safety, taking and tracking inventory, ordering, quality control, prep and of course COOKING!
