Job description

Clean Up Operators
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; some overtime or weekend work may be required
Location: Woodville, TX
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Clean Up Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $15.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and emergency clean-up of wood dust, debris, and spills throughout the facility.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas around equipment, conveyors, platforms, and walkways.
  • Operate vacuum systems, blow-down hoses, brooms, shovels, and other cleaning tools.
  • Follow all safety policies and wear PPE, including respiratory protection, in dusty environments.
  • Report unsafe conditions and support dust control initiatives.
  • Support equipment cleaning and material handling to prevent blockages and downtime.
  • Communicate with team members and complete shift logs or safety documentation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus.
  • Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness.
  • Able to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment safely.
  • Physically able to work in dusty, noisy, and demanding environments, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing to work in heights and enclosed spaces, and wear respirators when needed.
  • Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
