Job description

Flow Volkswagen of Durham is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed.


We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics:

  • Recent automotive Service Advisor experience
  • Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
  • Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
  • Professional, in appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

Work schedule averages 45 +hours per week - closed on Sundays.
