Duly Health and Care Hinsdale is seeking a APP who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Responsibilities

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Cathy Halperin, MD | Duly Health and Care.
  • Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Halperin.
  • Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
  • Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Halperin, clinical staff members, and management. 
  • Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
  • Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation. 
  • Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across OBGYN and more than 1,600 Duly providers
  • Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilities

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience in OBGYN or similar setting.
    • New Graduate APP candidates encouraged to apply.

***The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
