  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
  • Strong communication skills-both technical and customer-facing
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment
  • Will be assigned a company vehicle to drive to and from the job site; a driver's license in good standing is required for the role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • This is a field-based role within the eastern PA market. Occasional overnights may be needed.
  • Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable climbing ladders or working on lifts (12-24 ft heights)
  • Requires driving, standing, bending, reaching, and working with tools regularly

Why join the Centerline Team?
  • Strong commitment to safety and training provided
  • Permanent employment with competitive wages
  • Steady, local career opportunities with a rapidly growing company
  • Full benefits package and 401k plan (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, etc.)
  • 120 hours paid time off, 10 paid holidays to start
  • Top of the line fleet of trucks and trailers with state-of-the-art tooling, test gear, and equipment
