Registered Nurse - Outpatient Services

Schedule: Monday - Friday

This role provides important care for out One Day Surgery patients.

There is no call requirement and no weekend work requirement, creating enhanced work-life balance. 

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Provides Pre-Operative Patient Teaching.

Applicants must have a nursing degree from a nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:

A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Hourly range: $31.49 - $42.51 per hour
