Job description

Build Your Career Where It Matters

At Virtuoso Criminal & DUI Lawyers, we don't just handle cases — we fight for people at some of the most critical moments of their lives. Founded on the belief that every client deserves competent, personalized representation, our team of seasoned trial attorneys has built a reputation for aggressive advocacy and winning strategies.
We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Associate Attorney to grow with us.
What You'll Do

You'll step into meaningful work from day one — drafting motions and briefs, conducting deep-dive legal research, representing clients in court, and collaborating closely with senior attorneys on complex criminal and DUI matters. This isn't a document-review role. You'll be in the room, at the table, and in the courtroom.
  • Draft contracts, briefs, motions, and legal documents that move cases forward
  • Conduct thorough legal research and translate it into actionable strategy
  • Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings
  • Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy and client counsel
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients — and litigate when it counts
  • Maintain accurate client records and case documentation
What We're Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission
  • Active ABA membership
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Sharp analytical thinking and a talent for negotiation
  • A team-first mindset with genuine commitment to client outcomes
No two cases are the same here. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to develop into a well-rounded litigator, this is the place.
What You'll Get

  • Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
  • Performance bonus tied to your results
  • Company car
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Real mentorship from proven trial lawyers who aren't afraid to go to trial
Virtuoso Criminal & DUI Lawyers is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a team as tenacious and diverse as the clients we serve.
