Job description

DESCRIPTION
We are hiring talented Team Member/Decorator to join our team.
As a Team Member/Decorator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our baked goods wow our customers while maintaining our quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring baked goods have an appealing finished product.
  • Confirming all products meet our food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Providing premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions.
  • Icing, decorating and fulfilling customer special orders for cookie cakes.
  • Selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions.
  • Following Great American Cookies' guidelines for Cake Decorators
  • Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
