Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville, FloridaDuties

Duties:

  • Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish
  • Install and connect ventilation equipment, including ductwork, vents, and piping
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
  • Train and mentor helper installers to increase productivity
  • Working knowledge of local inspection codes
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
  • Sheet metal fabrication and installation are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
  • Proficient in performing mechanical installation and brazing tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
