Job description

Bob’s Motorcycles is looking for a Motorcycle Service Technician to join our service team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a casual and fun environment that encourages work-life balance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience and/or technical certification in repairing motorcycles (any brand).
  • Motorcycle driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on the BMW motorcycle product line.
  • Able to qualify for Maryland Inspector license.
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

  • Comfortably heated and air-conditioned, including service bays.
  • Dedicated to your safety: A UV light air purification system is installed that kills germs and viruses and completely cleans the air throughout the dealership multiple times a day. Surface areas are cleaned frequently.

Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
