Job description

The Opportunity

Whether you’re an experienced tech who can handle full engine rebuilds or someone early in your career looking to grow, this is a shop where you can build a long-term path.

You’ll be part of a team that values:

Senior Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, ECU, intermittent issues)
  • Complete major repairs including suspension, fuel, and brake systems
  • Execute engine and transmission rebuilds (top-end, bottom-end, clutch, timing)
  • Conduct final quality checks and test rides
  • Document all work accurately and thoroughly
  • Support and mentor junior technicians

Senior Technician Expectations

  • 95%+ first-time fix rate
  • 45+ billed hours per week
  • 120%+ efficiency (billed vs. clocked)
  • Zero comebacks is the standard
  • Complete documentation on every repair order


Junior Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance (oil, filters, fluids, chains, plugs)
  • Handle basic repairs (tires, brakes, batteries, cables)
  • Complete safety inspections and identify additional service needs
  • Assist senior technicians with larger jobs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in training and skill development

Junior Technician Expectations

  • 30+ billed hours per week
  • Strong quality control with minimal rework
  • Same-day completion of inspections
  • High level of shop organization and cleanliness
  • 100%+ efficiency goal

  • Previous motorcycle or powersports experience preferred
