Job description

The Mount Mercy Department of Nursing invites qualified applicants to apply for an adjunct clinical nursing instructor position for the Spring Semester, 2026. Adjunct clinical instructors serve semester to semester based on student enrollment. Candidates are required to have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and an unencumbered RN license in the state of Iowa. Preference for dual licensure with unencumbered RN licenses in the states of Iowa and Illinois. Prior teaching experience preferred.
