Job description

Curated Mental Health is an innovative mental health clinic with focus on providing care to those who need them the most. We offer a full spectrum of personalized services including medication management services, and interventional treatment like dTMS and ketamine infusions for patients with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD.

Our Mission: to deliver psychedelic-assisted therapy to all patients who need it, regardless of payer. We plan to bring MDMA-assisted psychotherapy online as soon as it's approved.

 

Job Responsibilities:

-         Serve as the point of contact between patients, administrative staff, and clinical staff

-         Deliver TMS treatment sessions strictly following all protocols prescribed

-    Monitor Spravato administration strictly following all protocols prescribed

-         Support practice management in problem solving and planning to support optimization of TMS & Spravato related services

-         Report to practice management on relevant information regarding daily operations

-         Actively monitor patient concerns and demands, report to management when appropriate

-         Assist with TMS & Spravato related administrative tasks and other patient flow indicators

-         Participate in regular group meetings with operations team.

Minimum Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s Degree

-         Ability to multitask, organize and solve problems

-         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-         Strong understanding of electronic medical records

-     Experience with EMR platforms

-         TMS training certifications (Brainsway) highly desired

-     Experieince with Spravato monitoring highly desired

-     Flexbility to work from both offices (Chelsea & Williamsburg) as needed and work evening shifts (12 pm – 8 pm)
