Job description

What Impact You'll Have
Develop DSP software and methods within a novel architecture to provide near real-time insights to customers. You will be working closely with a team of signal analysts, DSP experts, and software developers to take the customer vision from whiteboard to operations.
What You'll be Owning
  • Custom-written DSP modules that produce detection, geolocation data, and other customer-specified products.
  • Processes for automating DSP techniques to streamline and optimize reporting by generating graphical and text-based outputs.
  • Operate Windows and Linux based compute environments that support high throughput RF processing, including GPU nodes when needed.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards for services and data pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using scripting and configuration management.
  • Produce documentation and runbooks to support operations teams and mission users.

What You Must Have
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree type.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and signals analysis.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly if required.
  • Strong Linux skills.
  • Experienced with using Git and version control.
  • Experienced with Python.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation of processes and results to a variety of audiences, and strong written skills relating to documentation of methods, results, and appropriate caveats.

What Would be Nice to Have
  • Experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes operations.
  • Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Experience with C++.
  • Enthusiasm for signal analysis and its insights with a desire to share and mentor junior analysts on techniques and best practices.
