Position Location: Brookfield and Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: Starting at up to $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:

As a DSP in our Waukesha and Greater Milwaukee Area programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role you will perform other duties such as transporting clients locally (Waukesha/Brookfield and surrounding area), completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job training needed.

After completing our training program, you will be a CBRF certified DSP!

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization and valid vehicle insurance. Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Driving Requirements: This position requires that an employee is able to drive for work purposes and must maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization. This position may also require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle.
