Job description

Drive the hands-on execution of Global Scorecard expansion programs and manage end-to-end product launches for new programs. As Program Manager for SLS Expansion, you'll serve as the single-threaded leader orchestrating complex cross-functional dependencies to onboard new delivery programs to the Global Scorecard product. This role offers the unique opportunity to execute expansion strategy, build stakeholder relationships across global and local teams, and directly impact thousands of DSP partners as we scale worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational program management with exceptional stakeholder coordination and attention to detail. You'll work cross-functionally with parity teams (Global and Americas), local change management, DSP Global Offers, DSP Comms, DSP Tech, and regional SLS teams to manage the complete launch lifecycle-from implementation planning through post-launch support. This position requires someone who excels at managing timelines and dependencies, tracking deliverables across multiple workstreams, and ensuring launch completion. You'll be instrumental in executing expansion playbooks and ensuring on-time, high-quality program launches.
The ideal candidate combines strategic program management with exceptional stakeholder coordination. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple teams to manage the complete launch lifecycle. This position requires someone who thrives navigating complex organizational dependencies, excels at building relationships across diverse teams, and can balance global standards with unique program constraints. You'll be instrumental in creating reusable expansion playbooks that accelerate future launches.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute expansion strategy for new programs and manage implementation plans aligned with global product strategy
- Manage end-to-end product launches for new programs to onboard them to the Global Scorecard product
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams multiple WW Last Mile teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure milestone completion
- Manage stakeholder communication through regular status updates, risk reviews, and decision meetings
- Identify launch blockers and escalate issues appropriately to keep programs on track
- Execute expansion playbooks and document processes for replication across other programs
- Establish launch success criteria and track progress against goals through detailed project tracking
- Conduct post-launch reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Manage competing priorities across multiple expansion programs simultaneously
- Maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, RACI matrices, and risk logs
- Foster a culture of quality, operational excellence, and customer obsession aligned with Amazon Leadership Principles
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience defining and executing program requirements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
