We are recruiting for National Account Manager (NAM), whichis responsible for developing, managing, and growing Haleon's strategic partnerships with Elite and Super Elite Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). This role serves as the primary corporate relationship owner, leading business strategy, contract negotiations, customer growth plans, and executive engagement while ensuring seamless execution through field sales, inside sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional partners.

The NAM drives business growth by securing strategic partnerships, influencing executive stakeholders, expanding customer reach, developing joint business plans, and ensuring successful pull-through of Haleon's Expert strategy across affiliated practices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own and manage relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders within assigned Elite and Super Elite DSOs.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue, reach, engagement, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Haleon's presence through new programs, educational initiatives, and business partnerships.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customer leadership teams.

  • Lead annual and multi-year growth planning for assigned accounts.

Contract Management & Business Development

  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements.

  • Lead agreement renewals, amendments, and implementation of contractual commitments.

  • Identify and secure new DSO partnership opportunities.

  • Ensure contractual obligations, promotional programs, and customer commitments are successfully executed.

  • Monitor partnership performance and recommend actions to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Demand Planning, Clinical Education, and Sales Leadership to support customer needs.

  • Coordinate resources required to deliver customer programs and growth initiatives.

  • Lead internal alignment meetings and business updates for strategic accounts.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and advocate for customer needs across the organization.

  • Field Execution & Pull-Through

  • Ensure national agreements are effectively implemented at the regional and practice level.

  • Provide strategic direction and coaching to Regional Account Managers, Inside Account Representatives, and field sales teams.

  • Establish KPIs and execution plans that support account growth.

  • Monitor adoption of Haleon programs, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.

Business Analytics & Performance Management

  • Analyze sales performance, customer engagement, share trends, and business opportunities using CRM and Power BI tools.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and account documentation.

  • Monitor partnership ROI and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Deliver executive summaries, monthly business updates, and performance reviews.

  • Industry Leadership

  • Represent Haleon at industry conferences, DSO meetings, trade shows, and strategic partner events.

  • Maintain deep understanding of DSO industry trends, consolidation activity, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

  • Share insights with senior leadership and field teams to strengthen Haleon's DSO strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree or Registered Dental Hygienist license

  • 5+ years of sales, account management, national accounts, healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or CPG experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex strategic accounts.

  • Strong business planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions.

*Ability to travel 50-60% of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental, oral healthcare, healthcare professional, or DSO experience.
