Summary/Objective

The Drywall & Paint Technician is responsible for completing high-quality drywall repair, finishing, and painting services across residential and commercial job sites. This role supports reconstruction projects by restoring properties to pre-loss condition while delivering excellent customer service and representing the company brand.

Essential Functions

Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall

Patch and repair walls and ceilings to pre-loss condition

Prepare surfaces and apply paint with professional finishes

Match textures and paint colors

Set up containment, floor protection, and dust control systems

Pick up and deliver materials to job sites

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Communicate job progress and concerns to the Project Manager

Complete daily job notes and upload photos

Support light demolition and prep work as needed

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
