) Multi-State Travel Required
OPCO Skilled Managment is seeking skilled construction professionals for renovation and improvement projects in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States.
Positions and Skills Needed:
• Drywall Hanging, Finishing, and Repair
• Interior and Finish Painting
• Wood Framing
• Metal Stud Framing
• Cabinet Installation and Millwork
• Handrail Installation
• General Carpentry
• Facility Renovation and Repair
Responsibilities:
• Perform renovation and construction work in occupied senior living and long-term care facilities.
• Install and finish drywall, including patching, taping, floating, texturing, and repairs.
• Perform interior and finish painting, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and finish coats.
• Construct wood and metal stud framing.
• Install cabinets, handrails, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry items.
• Perform general facility repairs and renovation work.
• Follow project plans, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Maintain professionalism while working around residents and facility staff.
• Travel extensively to project locations in multiple states.
Qualifications:
• Construction experience required.
• Strong drywall, painting, framing, and finish carpentry skills preferred.
• Experience with cabinet installation, handrails, and facility renovations.
• Minor electrical and plumbing experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
